It does it again, it's tempermental at best on charging on a pad, and once phone is below 50% or so, and you place it on a charging pad it will charge, stop, charge stop, making your phone light up and down constantly. The trick ive found is to hit the "charge" button on the case, let it charge the phone a little then place it on the pad and don't touch it!I figured i'd update my review. the company reached out and said what I experienced wasn't normal. So far, the device is functioning as advertised. Frankly, I need to wait another six months or so to really give it the "acid test” and see if it provides enduring, long-lasting service. So far, after about two weeks, the device is still functioning fine.

The case is solid, well constructed, and the battery works as intended. The Qi wireless feature did not work on my first one or the replacement they sent me (both same day delivery; awesome service). From a design perspective I was hesitant to purchase in the first place because of the "chin”, but the total weight/thickness isn’t too much bulk. I've tried them all and used to always use the "leading brand" but having had several of these now, they work better, have a better design of controls and power connection, and is more reliable using Qi charging. Also, you can remove the phone from this case much more easily, and the case is slightly thinner. And it costs a bit less too. I've been using power cases since they came out years ago and have found this to be the best brand in all respects.

Does good job extending my battery life, allowing me to work all day. Unfortunately the case is very fragile and easily breaks with a minor fall.

The battery life is excellent best I’ve had in a case but it’s slippery and I knocked it off a chair once and hit the cotton corner and it cracked and now a piece is gone from corner. It’s a shame because the battery life s GREAT! I can’t buy another tho because it’s just too hard to hold on to and way too fragile! I just hope I can find one that works as well.

This is a solid product, worked exactly as advertised for over a year. I would never really think about charging my phone, just set it down on the wireless charger at night or hit the button on the case if the phone ran low. It did eventually develop an issue where it would no longer charge wirelessly, but would charge when plugged in and still charge my phone. The company was very responsive by email and phone, and when some troubleshooting failed, they offered to make it right. Good product…
