I needed a solar battery charger and when I saw this it came with a handlebar mount and OBD II connectors, that would be a good buy. But when I received the package it was not there. I needed a handlebar mount so I could mount it on my bike. So I paid more for it thinking it would be included. If that were the case, I would pay less for the solar charger alone.

Finally installed last weekend. Seems to work as advertised, I put my multimeter on it and in full sun saw a panel output of 13.3v to 16v. The only problem I had was having to pull out my multimeter to see if it worked. because the LED light is too dim to see when it has enough sun for it to work. Even when I shielded the LED from the sun a bit with my hand, it was really too hard to see if it was on or blinking. But aside from that little sophistication, I like it.
