Men's Leather Slip Clogs - BATZ Peter Shoes Review

I was looking for slippers/flip flops and found these Batz Peter flip flops and I'm glad I found them. Read a lot of reviews depending on the size and ordered the EU45 as I wear a US 11. The shoes are well made and maybe a bit wide but the foam insole will fix that. They're instantly comfortable and since there's no heel to contend with, just slide them in and I'm on my way! I wear a US size 9.5 so I ordered the EU size to match a US size 10 as I read some reviews that the shoes are too small. When I first tried them on I thought they were too small. My heel stuck out at the back and I was disappointed. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Then I noticed that my toe in each shoe wasn't close to the front of the shoe. So I came to the conclusion that the shoes just weren't wide enough for my high arch. But then I noticed the elastic on the side of the boot. I kicked the wall…

I bought my first pair and took them on a trip and wore them almost every day. Very convenient fresh out of the box. I even ordered a pair of black ones to wear when I get home. Well made and very comfortable. I received the second pair the same size at the back as the first and they are slightly smaller so I am sending the second pair back and ordering 1/2 size larger.

They look best when unpacked and then ridden downhill. The skin "dries" and loses color in 1 minute after application. The length is a good size, but the middle of the foot is too tight in the clog, so the heel hits the edge of the boot, which is very uncomfortable. The outsole is also very hard. They may need breaking in but I doubt the leather quality/color issues will improve over time.

I bought these slippers for my husband. I ordered a full size up because the reviews said they were tight/run small. I ordered 12-12.5. He usually took 11.5 EE. He said they fit a little on the foot but being leather we would expect them to stretch a bit with use.
