I wear a US size 9.5 so I ordered the EU size to match a US size 10 as I read some reviews that the shoes are too small. When I first tried them on I thought they were too small. My heel stuck out at the back and I was disappointed. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Then I noticed that my toe in each shoe wasn't close to the front of the shoe. So I came to the conclusion that the shoes just weren't wide enough for my high arch. But then I noticed the elastic on the side of the boot. I kicked the wall lightly with the toe of my boot and my foot landed right where it was supposed to be. I'm now confident that after a short break-in period, these shoes are exactly what the doctor ordered, so to speak. I love her. The design is excellent. The heel no longer hangs over the trailing edge. They still fit a little, but I can already feel the pressure easing. They will be fine. ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE: Order one size larger than usual. They will be fine.
