These chairs have exactly the look I wanted, but the pre-assembled leg pieces had almost no glue in the joints and eventually broke under normal weight. very dangerous!

I have owned 4 of these chairs for two years. I weigh 112 pounds. I take great care of my furniture. However, every chair broke at least once. I might expect that from a $30 chair, but it's a waste of money. To be honest, they don't even look that good for mid-century mod copies. Complete garbage.

As another reviewer mentioned they are quite nice and comfortable but the pre-assembled pieces were put together with minimal wood glue and can fall apart if someone sits on them. This can be seriously dangerous. When buying, pay attention to the separation at the joints and be prepared for wood glue and staples!

These chairs are beautiful to look at but very difficult to assemble. There is no hole at all on a back wall, so it needs to be drilled. The seat is almost impossible to repair. And below there are two parts that need to be screwed in without screw holes, which means you can't assemble it properly if you don't have a drill.

While these chairs fit my dining table perfectly, they have a design flaw. The front legs need a cross brace as there is too much room to "wiggle" and the leg will eventually break at the joint. I was lucky enough to catch the crack before anything happened, but my friend had one of them fail under him. Luckily he wasn't seriously hurt. I'm still looking for a stronger version. Very disappointing.
