We have two different units. This was much more difficult to build than the first. Be sure to pay attention to the direction of the panels when assembling, otherwise you may end up building in the wrong direction.

Took over 3 hours to assemble. One of the magnetic latches was broken, so one door will not lock. It also came with scratches. If I hadn't spent so much time building it I would have sent it back.

The edges of the panels have been peeled off and stamped, obviously not enough packaging. There were some incorrect instructions that forced us to make changes during the build. Many holes are not drilled in the right places and some holes are plugged before arrival. All of this was seen as each piece was put together, too late to return.

Very strong but not too heavy, the doors fit perfectly and tripped over our 3 dogs who were constantly trying to get into the liter box! Good for storage, I can leave an extra liter in the side compartment. Our little cat loves it!

This is cat luxury! Thanks to the separate side entrance, the cat can get in and out as it pleases and go about its business. The front door is magnetic, even if something happens there, she cannot open it. Your cat can sneak out the same way she sneaked in, making her feel independent and your home free of accompanying odors. It's definitely worth it!

I love the design. It's easy to clean. The assembly is not bad, but takes time. We extended it by a few days. I just want it to get bigger. It should be able to hold a huge high walled litter box and enough space for the cats to roll over. This design is awesome, but it pushes the kitties in. We left the back open to give you more space and multiple access options.

I bought this item and put everything together and when I finished the door "rebound device" basically the magnetic plastic part that pushes the door out didn't work. don't match the door. I'm 110% sure I assembled everything correctly; No matter which way the unit is turned, it will not install properly because the bar hangs over the edge of the tree, preventing the unit from being installed further from the door. And the instructions specifically state to install the unit edge over tree line.
