I originally ordered a size 6 which fits but I think I will have room for a size 8. For reference, I'm 5 feet 7 inches and 140 pounds. The quality of the material is not the best, thin and a bit hard. The elevator is excellent. It might be worth increasing the size just to see it, but it's better to get a better quality version.
