This is not the John James needle that I have purchased from other companies. I was so excited to receive this package but the excitement collapsed after just ten minutes of beadwork. I used size 11 beads in an earring I was making and struggling with this bead the pin broke near the end. I took another needle from the same pack and after 15 minutes it broke. I have been beading for over two years and these are the first size 12 needles I have ever bought and they keep breaking. I had at least 1 break per project, up to 3 breaks per project. They will either snap in half at the slightest pressure or the eye will snap if the needle is pulled through a narrow hole (15/0 multi-pass bead). After the eyelet breaks, I pop in another (short) size 12, and it goes through the neck of the bottle without tearing. These needles are too stiff and not flexible…
