BEAMTECH 5202 CSP LED Fog Light Bulb H16 (European Type) - 6500K Xenon White, 800 Lumens, Ultra Bright Review

So far so good. These bulbs were a direct replacement for the fog light bulbs on my Silverado. Installation was quick and easy. The headlights are bright white and offer a very nice low-end fog light pattern. I've noticed that the bulbs fit much better in the body of the flashlight, but I don't see that as a problem.

Added Beamtech high, low and fog lights to my 2015 Silverado 2500HD. Visibility is excellent and looks good. For the high frequencies, I had to fiddle with the dust caps a bit to get them to work. The depths and fog match perfectly, and everything about the temperature seems right. Get lots of compliments. Beemtech does an excellent job with factory settings when using projector lights. The 2013 Chevy Tahoe isn't known for flashy fog lights. My 2005 fog lights are brighter than 2013 with factory bulbs. Switch to BeamTech and oh what a difference! Illuminates the edge of the road and is of great importance for safety when driving on country roads at night. I can't say how long they will last as we only installed them yesterday. Perfect bulb replacement for my 2015 Silverado 1500 fog lights! Replacement Cheapo Phillips halogen bulbs didn't last me more than three months. I was concerned that these LEDs would be too bright and diffuse for oncoming traffic, but they aren't. These LED bulbs are not much brighter or much bluer than standard halogen bulbs. They also have a very clean cut in the 2015 Silverado 1500 OEM fog lamp housing. I recommend it to anyone who wants whiter and brighter options but doesn't want to dazzle

I ordered another brand earlier this year and while bright they end up with a projector lens that doesn't really have a focused beam like these Beamtech ones. Excellent replacement bulbs for 5202. They are brighter than the factory but not enough to make fog lights redundant. Pretty good line of demarcation, they would have been better but there was water in my fog light housings so the chrome is a little misty in places. They only drew about 0.55 amps at 11.47 volts, that's 6.3 watts (more or less, I couldn't find my good voltmeter at the time), the old lamp drew 1.55 amps at the same 11.47 volts, i.e. 17.77 watts.
