Great Bearings for Power Transmission Products

Comes with a thin plastic case to keep dust out. They're a bit greasy, but that's what happens with things you want to keep moving. I use them for a 3D printer so my duty cycle is a little different from skateboarding but I've been using them for almost 2 months now where I run a set of 4 about 18 hours a day at maybe 2rpm. So at this point we're approaching 130,000 rpm in a warmer than ideal room (85 degrees due to Arizona in the summer and the printer is running at around 400 degrees…

They are not ideal for boxed spinners. My kid wanted them to make it with their own hands. I should have read the description better as they don't claim to be perfect for this purpose. They are shielded and very greasy/sticky inside. The stickiness and lubricity make them not…

The smart choice for band saws

These plain bearings are used on some band saws to guide the blade. While dedicated rollers would be a better choice for this purpose, they are similar to the originals on my relatively inexpensive saw. They last exactly the same length of time, which isn't long at all. Over time, the side seals loosen, sawdust, resin and the like clog them and they fail. Using a bandsaw is more of a test for bearings than using a skate. But they're cheap and come in packs of ten. Just keep an eye on them, try…
