Instructions not clear. Only pictures. I received a chair that could not be assembled because the screws do not screw into the bottom of the chair. After revisiting this list, I found that this is a recurring problem. waste of time. I want them to pay me for the inconvenience!

I was fine the first week but after that I noticed that the back of the seat reclines more and more, my customers are afraid to pull back when they sit down, it's so far away now. I should have spent a little more money for a better one, but so far it's perfect if you're just starting out.

We have 18 of these chairs (for MUA in our film studios), they are great in all chairs with 1 problem. The footrest of about 1/3 of the chairs breaks immediately. The metal bolt is only held on the plastic and breaks. We do NOT overtighten the screws. Install the footrest carefully, but they still break off. Otherwise these are great chairs. We continue to buy these chairs and replace the footrests with wooden ones we made ourselves.
