This blanket stopped working within 60 days of purchase. I spent days trying to find the correct warranty replacement number (1-866-456-8852). When I finally spoke to someone the manufacturer didn't honor the warranty because it was sold through Revain and they have a reputation for reselling faulty and defective products. Revain needs to change its description of "5 year warranty" as it is an incorrect statement.

We love our duvet! We've had a few over the years but this is the best! It heats up quickly, looks good, is lightweight and easy to use. The only thing that let us down was the automatic dimmer on the remote control. It's great that it dims when you sleep, but unless you glance at the setting quickly it's hard to read which number it's on. Now that we know, let's put it in the number we want and use the arrows to make it hotter or colder as needed. Love this soft, fluffy blanket!

I loved this blanket until it broke last week. I bought it at the end of December 2016 and it broke in mid-April 2017, less than 4 months after purchase. Everything was literally fine one morning, and when I left, thanks, turn it on at night, all the lights on the remote are flashing and it does nothing. I've had this electric blanket for about a month now and I still love it. The duvet itself is very soft and stretchy. You can feel the coils by looking at them, but they aren't as hard as other electric blankets I've used and seem to follow the design of the blanket. One side is fleece/hard and the other side is textured, so I use the textured side as a winter duvet cover. I am very disappointed with this blanket. First off let me say it is very soft and I really want to like it but I have had issues with two of these blankets. I bought one about a month ago and was so happy to jump into an already warm bed. I left it on a lower level so I can wear it all night and be comfortable. Part of the comforter doesn't get hot, love the color and the feel of it. The part that gets warm is so cool. When your temperature drops to -57 degrees in a cold wind, you need that warmth.
