Doesn't work with comforters

Part of the comforter doesn't get hot, love the color and the feel of it. The part that gets warm is so cool. When your temperature drops to -57 degrees in a cold wind, you need that warmth. I love Blanket to bring back the cold. 1st update. Finally I told Revane he needed a replacement as my granddaughter was cold and only one side got really warm and the other side wasn't asking much. I asked for a replacement, it arrived very quickly but I had a beautiful wrong color indigo and they sent a plain grey. 2nd update I received a replacement duvet from Revain as I contacted them immediately after purchase. Fast forward 6 months now that winter is here I need a blanket and it doesn't work. So I contacted Revain because it was supposed to have a one year warranty. But there is no information about the attached documents. So I contacted Revain customer service and they said they are very sorry you are lucky we cannot help you. They gave me 2 numbers, the first was just a busy signal. The second one doesn't solve the problem, but they gave me a number for that. 1-866-456-8852 I was able to contact someone. Luckily they were able to help me. Remember when your item arrives to send the warranty card. Record all information on the back of the controller in case it gets erased. Since they need it, the correct phone number is also on the back of the controller. This saves you a lot of time and stress. Because when you're paying for something that expensive, you can't afford it not working 6 months after you bought it. Unfortunately the first one didn't work, the second stopped working 6 months after purchase. And remember, don't use it in the summer. So I wouldn't recommend it. love its softness. But I need that warmth to live in the frozen tundra.
