Faulty Flange Ruins Engine Performance

This water flange is a disaster waiting to happen. Intended for automotive use, it seems to have been designed without any thought for durability or quality control. The bolts simply don't fit securely causing leaks and potential engine damage. The only pro is its low cost, but that's not much comfort when you`ve had to replace it multiple times. Avoid this product at all costs..

Do not waste your money!

This Automotive replacement part failed miserably in terms of durability and ease of installation .As my tests showed after only a few months, the product deteriorated and started to leak, causing inconvenience AND additional costs. The only pro I can think of is the affordable price but it is not worth it if you have to replace it repeatedly. Overall, I do not recommend this product..

Stupidity on the part of VAG to put such a terrible piece of plastic in such a critical spot

This piece saved my ass. Stupidity by VAG to put such a terrible piece of plastic in such a critical spot. I was changing spark plugs and then out of nowhere I was flooded with hot coolant. The lowest price I've found for an original is over $200 because you have to buy the entire hose assembly.
