like it will tear off while driving

This part failed after 16 months. The engine jumps like it's stalling while driving, but the computer didn't give any codes at first. Eventually the engine (luckily) died in the parking lot. The CEL came on and generated code P0335 - a crankshaft position sensor malfunction. This time I went to the dealer and bought the original part. As long as the car runs well. This part shouldn't fail any time soon!

Pros
  • Premium construction for durability
Cons
  • Expensive

Postal market nonsense!

I wish I could write a -5 star review. I purchased this item while at sea due to a recent crankshaft position sensor failure. Replaced yesterday, car won't start. Here I'm stuck with a non-working sensor that I can't return because it's been a month since I bought it. Do not import Beck Arnley products. All parts from Beck Arnley and every car…

Pros
  • Includes corrosion resistant connectors and covers
Cons
  • Everything is fine

"AFTER " using this sensor I received engine code P0335

2003 Hyundai Tiburon v6 6 speed: Symptoms ("No" CEL): Day 1 - 3, slight loss of power, clock reset Day 4 - 7 RPM limited to 3K at full throttle, random total loss of all power/electricity. Day 8. Using online help, I noticed worn wiring on the old sensor and replaced it. I ordered the part and it was delivered overnight. Pulled out the defective sensor and put it in its place. Half worked. The car started and drove a little, then stopped after warming up. This time the check engine light (CEL)…
