Would buy again

Wish it was thicker. Laid on the bed for more than a week with no adjustment required. It took 2 people to set up the bed. Prevents grandchildren from being in a "hole/fall". Would buy again.

The bridge could be longer.

The pillow was thick and easily fit between two mattresses. However it could have been longer, the hinges only sticking out about 1/3 of the edges so the strap connecting the mattresses had to stay quite high on the mattresses. Although it worked fine.

Stayed / didn't stay.

Purchased to combine two Twin XL mattresses. It is difficult to install by yourself, you need extra hands. Were only there for a week. I reattached it following all the instructions, it still won't hold in place. The center is directly between the mattresses. I will not recommend it.

Simply squeezed into the gap, which aggravates the situation. But worth a try!

It didn't work at all. I have soft pillows. He squeezes between the mattresses as soon as someone lies down on one of the twins. In fact, it feels less comfortable with it than without it. Another thing to note is that the strap needs to squeeze the corners of the mattresses in order for it to be taut enough to do anything at all. Not the solution I was looking for.

Easy to install, does the job

I ordered this to join my daughter's single beds together. My youngest always insists on getting out of bed and climbing in with her older sister. Needless to say I was worried they didn't have enough space and one of them fell off the bed. This product has been beautifully packaged in a reusable bag with a set of simple instructions. I have to say it was pretty easy to install (would have been easier if the bed wasn't against the wall and if I had someone more able than a two and four year old

Great alternative to buying a new mattress

I bought this for my daughter's bedroom. She and her brother had bunk beds with two single beds. He had now moved into his bedroom with a king-size bed, and she slept like a princess and a pea in a double bed with the mattresses folded. Now she is older and likes to spend the night with her friends. I used to just put mattresses on the floor, but I decided to buy new frames and give it a try. It has traditional innerspring mattresses with orthopedic pads. So the center seam is still visible…
