Even before I assembled this stool I was very happy to know it was a Flexsteel brand. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was quick and the chair is very stable. My bathroom cabinets are double espresso so the black is so close it looks like it was meant for my cabinets. I highly recommend this stool. You will not be disappointed.

I received it and collected it for about an hour. Like I said, it was worth the time it took to assemble. This is a sturdy, good quality (not flimsy, flimsy or cheap looking) stool that is well worth the money. nice addition to my living room. I will use it as both a footstool and a stool. 5 stars all day (it's not that hard to put together)

This stool is not "easy to assemble"! In fact, I've never sweared so much in my entire life. If I had the skills AND the tools needed to put this together, I would have the skills needed to build my own damn stool. To assemble this little gem you will need a drill and a drill to drill the holes CORRECTLY so the screws that go in at an angle actually fit in. Oh, and you'll need a power screwdriver or lots of muscle power and a long-necked screwdriver.

This bench is almost what I was looking for. It is very attractive and perfect for my vanity. The seller got it to me quickly, it was quite easy to assemble and seems to be very durable. My only complaint is that the manufacturer didn't drill one of the screw holes that attach the legs to the sides. Exactly what I wanted. But my husband spent about an hour putting it together for me. Normally I would have done it myself but I have a broken wrist but I doubt I could. He had to drill each hole to fit the screws. He said wood is harder than oak. There were defects in the wood, one edge of the leg was beveled, and on the other there was a bundle of fibers (it looks like a small crack). I have a black bench so you can't see it.
