These pillows are so fluffy but firm in the shoulders and neck. It did not have to be folded for practical reasons. Loved it and would definitely recommend buying it!

Pillows arrived sealed and protected for postage. Once the pillows were removed from the packaging, they slowly expanded to their correct size. My wife and I sleep well on these pillows. We also like the subtle design of their piping and fabrics. Overall very happy with them and as they hold up, can't go wrong with them!

Much nicer than expected. I was surprised to see that they came flat packed but fluffed up so easily. They are also larger than expected. Comparing them to pillows I bought from a local store just 6 months ago I can see they last a little longer. Worth the money spent and I had a voucher! To update. Every morning I woke up with neck pain from sleeping on cheap flat pillows. The first time I slept on these pillows I woke up not only pain free but also full of energy. Soft, soft, soft. If you love soft fluffy pillows then this is for you. They are nicely fluffed up after being vacuum packed for shipping. A big plus - there was no smell from either the packaging or the pillows. A standard pillow fits perfectly in a standard pillowcase. You will definitely need two of these pillows as their softness will make your head bob, but for more head and neck support I need two. A downside to these pillows is that they are warm and seem to retain heat.

I based my purchase on the reviews of this product and personally I find these pillows just "normal". They arrived vacuumed and fluffed up nicely after airing. However, they are not as soft as I had hoped. I really wanted to find a pillow that would offer some support but actually be fluffy enough to cushion my head.
