I have long searched for pillows that would encourage me to sleep on my back as I suffer from spinal stenosis and tossing and turning insomnia due to discomfort. I was hesitant to buy online but took the leap of faith and was so happy I did! I have to say these are the best pillows I have ever had. They're not too soft or hard just right! I actually put a memory foam pillow under the pillow that goes under my head and then put the other next to me in the opposite direction. So if I turn to the right side, I'll end up hugging it without hurting my neck. Honestly, it's like sleeping on a cloud. I haven't slept this well in years and wake up refreshed and pain free! I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone who loves an alternative to down with some support!
