This cat house is very well made, sturdy, comfortable and easy to assemble. That it gets mentioned in so few reviews. At first I thought it was just a Thing out of the box and it's gone - no! The smell is so strong the whole room smells for several minutes and then for several days it didn't get better and when you try to actually smell the house (something your pet would have to do to sleep in it) - FUCK I don't want to breathe this and don't want my family to breathe it in (including the cat)

I highly recommend this product! I bought this for my short haired kitten for her birthday and both of my cats love it! It's really sturdy considering it's made out of what I believe to be solid cardboard. I say this because my 42 lb Samoyed loves to jump on him to get on my bed and he's still as strong as ever! The new apartment for cats is a complete success. I have never seen 2 cats use it at the same time. About a week later I cut off the dangling toy and now they are playing with it on the floor. I like the neutral color and the teal binding. Blue goes well with my decor. It was very easy to assemble and yet very durable.
