I gave this item 3 stars because it arrived bent and broke the shape of the hat; the hat is very light and has a suit look; not too durable. I'm pushing dents out of it because I'll be wearing it on my upcoming trip! It's still cute! Rschunimagu

BAD smell when I opened the package. They also sent it in a bag so when it got to me the hat was completely broken. If I didn't need this hat for a bachelorette party next weekend I would return it - in the photo I'm trying to fix it.

I wanted a cool hat and this one was on budget and helped me get horses in the back. It has a felty texture which I really appreciated and the quality was better than I expected. I think my only issue is that it was a bit crushed in the box when it was packed.

I think if you really need it for a kid's birthday party and only want to use it once then it's fine. But I don't recommend it for adults. Not that I expected high quality for the price I paid, but it fell apart on the one event I bought it for.

OOOOO BABY! This is the cutest hat I've ever had. I ordered two of these for me and my best friend to bring to a party in Nashville and I can't say enough good things about them. We saw our latest HAW, they are so cute and so different. Absolutely worth the money.

Great cow print hat at a great price! The material is soft, almost fluffy/velvety, not plastic like other cowboy hats sold here. 🤠 I bought this for my cowgirl costume for Halloween. The fit was great and I love how the ties are attached to the hat so you get a more secure fit.

If you don't want a cowboy hat pancake, I recommend looking elsewhere. The hat would be really cute if they shipped it in a box instead of a plastic bag that has been mishandled, crushed by other packaging, etc. This was the second hat I ordered after complaining to the seller about the quality on arrival. It's a cowboy hat, so you can't shape it properly after it's squashed. Don't waste money.
