Description of ๐Ÿšฒ Youth BMX Bike and Skate Helmet, Matte Black - Bell Drop (7106369)

Recommended for youth ages 8-14, but will fit most heads measuring 54-58 cm. Always take a head measurement. Head sizes and shapes can vary, even within an age range. Using a helmet that doesn't fit can be dangerous. Comfortable neck roll for increased padding. 14 vents. Side-squeeze buckle for easy adjustment. Complies with the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and Older. Also complies with U.S. ASTM Safety Standard for multi-impact Skateboard Helmets.

Decent but cheap together

The pads all came out when I got the helmets and I had to re-glue them because they were an Easter present and couldn't wait to get replaced. Okay, now they're in, but I shouldn't have done that. Goes really cheap.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

The size must be specified in the description of the helmet.

Incorrect size/measurement. For 8+ years 51-58 cm However, the helmet is larger for 14+ years, 54-58 cm Otherwise the helmet looks good. A lightweight. Good design. May have more face/chin padding for comfort and support.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fits my kids feet

Fits my 10 year old. The only issue we had was that the cheap foam inside would sometimes fall off and the glue holding the foam would get caught on your hair when you took it off. My guess is that eventually the glue will lose its stickiness or catch so many hairs that it won't happen again.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Quality

Great helmet but pulls hair out

I would rate this helmet a 5. However, my son's hair gets stuck to the sticky padding on top of the helmet, which in turn pulls his hair when he takes it off. One of the side pads fell out before it was even used and needs to be glued back on. Unless we love him.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Has flaws

This is a bicycle helmet

This is a bicycle helmet, not a motorcycle helmet. If you're going to put your kid on something motorized (quad, quad, quad) this helmet will NOT do. My son was getting braver on the bike, doing little jumps and stuff... so I wanted something with better protection than a standard helmet, and that's what I wanted. It's very light, with good airflow, so it's good for cycling when you're cycling and sweating... even on a hot day. I gave it 4 stars because the inside has foam pads attached withโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

fits 7 1/4 head

Well made basic full face. The chin is not an add-on like some helmets. I prefer a one-piece body for safety reasons. Interior space is sparse compared to some. I prefer this style. Firm foam with a thin soft foam padding with Velcro. Cheeks are just soft foam that doesn't do much. The front inner chin has Ethafoam protection. I don't want motorcycle-like padding in a bike helmet. It's too hot, stinks if you don't keep washing the seat, and offers no real extra protection, just comfort (as long

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Negative impression
