BELL>QUALITY: Bicycle Pumps

BELL is considered quality today, especially compared to hundreds of foreign brands from China. ten years. I used to think BELL were "cheap" but now they have become the standard brand for QUALITY. I don't trust Chinese products, but I can handle it. works well!

Excellent Pump: Cycling

I bought this pump because I needed a pump badly. Imagine my surprise when it outperformed virtually every other pump I have ever owned or used in terms of accuracy and efficiency. The only downside is that the lever is a bit tight, but for the price: unbeatable.

Decent pump. for floor pumps

It's more reliable and cheaper than what I could find locally at big stores or bike shops, has strong connectors for Presta and Schraeder and I don't think it's a fiddly pump or overkill lose air, if at all. The PSI meter is pretty accurate as far as I can tell - assuming the tire's max PSI equals "overinflate" then it will match the gauge/indicator. It would be nice if it was made in the USA.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • No instructions

Feels really thin. Feels cheaply made.

This pump works perfectly. When he inflates bicycle tires, he looks flimsy. This is a lightweight pump. I'm afraid that won't take long. Our last Bell bike pump broke. This one seems less durable than the one that broke. I think this is an example of you get what you pay for. We buy other Bell branded bike accessories and don't usually have any issues with them so this purchase surprised us a bit. Spring. Purchasing this item may make you feel different than we do.

Pros
  • Easy to use

This pump sucks. Accessory

This is a very disappointing pump. I bought it because it had good reviews but I should have checked other sites first. For some reason, it has great reviews on Amazon, but compared to other sites, it has rather low reviews, and with good reason. I'm not sure how the schrader valve works, but the presta valve linkage is terrible. I couldn't get the latch to work properly which resulted in air leaking when pumping and when I finally had a good latch did air start coming out of the pump itself? I

So far, so good. good for bicycle pumps

Product just received, tried on my Kenda Keyrads. It does seem to get a little harder to pump up as you go past 60psi. This was my first time using it so I expect it will be tough especially when I place it on the valve and try to lock it. I hope it gets easier with time. I was definitely disappointed with the box itself, it was open and when I looked at it the plastic screw cap of the sensor wasn't on the product so I thought I didn't get it. Returned to the box to find that everything was…

NO high-pressure pump

This pump is absolutely not as described. This is NOT a high pressure pump. This pump has been listed as capable of delivering pressures up to 120 psi. I needed 100psi for the new tires I bought. On repeated attempts I couldn't get it past 60-70psi. Trying to get the pump to work over it just isn't possible. You could jump up and down the handle, it couldn't climb any higher, otherwise it would have torn off the seal. Doesn't even come close to the features listed by Revain. Very disappointing.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
