Should have listened to the 'bad' reviews from other buyers. Ours lasted about a week and died. We did not abuse it in any way and were very careful with how we assembled it, filled it with water etc. It died and after working on it for a few days. We're now sending it back for a refund. But after paying for shipping etc it's basically a waste of time. Don't waste your money on this model.

I just got this in the mail and was dying to use it. This is the third humidifier of this size that I have owned so I am very familiar with how it works. When I put the water bottle in, the water immediately started pouring out of the bottom and it never worked. I guess I got one that someone else sent back because the packaging was unusually easy to open. I will send it back and look for another brand.

Extremely disappointed. The PDF online brochure (and the product description) suggests that this device is equipped with LED night light AND UV germicidal light. However, the leaflet that accompanies the delivered product (and the product itself) does NOT contain UV germicidal radiation. Also, when the water bottle was (properly) inserted, the product immediately started leaking from the bottom.

This is my third personal humidifier from Bell & Howell! (I hid one so well for the summer that I couldn't find it next fall! This little device is worth the money. I bought my last one in the fall of 2017 and tried to clean it well and it won't restart ;-( . It's easy to use, different sized bottles fit in the humidifier so you can replace the soda bottle when it "scales up". It's EXCEPTIONALLY quiet > Now I understand why my last one left me It's starting to make noise I highly recommend…
