The name is misleading as it is not a "sport" version of the pit boss. However, this is a Pit Boss helmet and it arrived in perfect condition. I was looking for a sport as I wear glasses which makes the visor useless. i will keep it good helmet

The helmet has a good fit and finish and the "Snuggie" allows you to customize the fit even more. I was supposed to go for the X-Large, but I've been told that Bell helmets tend to be a bit smaller compared to other brands. Anyway, great helmet and it doesn't look like a mushroom head like other DOT approved helmets.

Fits and works great. Doesn't take your head off at speed. I find the visor of little use, sometimes it tends to touch the bridge of the nose. The Pit Boss does not work well with goggles, the strap tends to be too high or too low at the back causing the goggles to be pulled too high or too low. Motorcycle goggles work much better. Worked perfectly at 30 km/h. I didn't feel the impact, but I heard it rub against the tarmac. Ears were not scratched. Very hard, thought it would show more damage.

This helmet is ideal for hot days when a full face can be stifling. It fits securely and has some adjustment so the wind doesn't rock it. EDIT: After wearing the helmet for a while, I ran into a couple of minor issues. The pop up tint is good but either it's not optically correct or my progressive diopter lens doesn't work well with it. There just seems to be a blur that I don't care. First the helmet was made with a "bend" of about 1/4 inch so the centerline of the helmet didn't line up with the centerline of my head. I never realized it until I lost my sunglasses on a trip and used a sun visor and the V-neckline in the shade was not aligned with my nose. Second, I find the size small.
