I measured myself before buying. I am 46 inches tall where the belt will sit on my waist. I bought the 3XL thinking it was smaller than advertised like so many things at Revain. This is the TRUE measurements shown on the product images. DO NOT order one size up even if you are a tall girl like me. 3XL says 46-56 inches which is very true.
