Disappointing. in my review

I really wanted to love this skirt, but.I just couldn't. The fabric is oddly stretchy and. Cheap! I thought ironing the pleats (covered by a pressing cloth) would help, but it actually made the pleats WORSE. I immediately knew I couldn't wear this to church, perhaps. maybe. to work? But when I dared to wear it to work, it felt as though the skirt doubled in size as the day progressed. Definitely runs a bit large

arrived ahead of schedule which was very nice, however the size chart in the photos is a little off. i’m 5’4”, 28” waist and 35” hips, so I got the medium according to the chart, but it was very loose all around and the fabric is stretchy enough I probably would have been fine with a small. It was pretty easy to bring it in myself so i did and now it fits and looks great!The fabric is a little thinner than i would like so clothing lines beneath it are pretty visible, I would recommend wearing a

All in how you wear your clothes

Comfortable fit but the waistline was bigger. I’m a hippie person but I have a smaller waist. I wear 8-10am I brought a large. Go with the medium if you’re like me.

Good style - cheap material.

This skirt has great styling and a nice ivory color (I ordered white and it is a winter white), but the material is thin and cheap. I'm keeping the skirt, but it could have been much nicer in a heavier fabric, like clothes used to be made of.

Nice Style - my new review

First, of all it's a nice style skirt. However, it is a thin material and the seams are sewn poorly which doesn'tallow the skirt to lay properly. I'm planning to return these and try the tweed material and see if this willbe better fit and layout on body.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Fabulously comfortable & stylishly vintage, great color! I have a few of these skirts in different colors, as I love the simple style of them, the material is stretchy so the fit is perfect, I did purchase the medium, returned it for the large, because I didn’t like the form fit, large size suits me better!

I’m not a happy camper

It runs very very small, it’s two tight and 2 sizes smaller than what I wear a normal size 16. How do I return for bigger size?

Flattering fit & cut

When I first held up this skirt against me I thought there was no way this will fit. But in true Belle Poque fashion, it was a perfect fit! The form fitting shape was flattering the slight flare at the end from the slots was perfect.My only complaint is that it looked like it was supposed to come with a belt, and it did not. It's not a deal breaker for me because I have plenty. But it is worth mentioning.Belle Poque never disappoints so I'd highly recommend them and this skirt.

Very Nice! Give it a try

If you are thinking about buying this I say get it! I'm 5'6 121LB and the small fit perfectly. This skirt is very flattering and comfortable to wear. It's great for work.
