🍲 Enhance Food Storage with Bellemain 4 Piece Airtight Acrylic Canister Set Review

We have two sets. The material is so thin that it easily tears over time as the product is used, breaking the container's seal. The seller's return policy references Revain's return policy, which in turn references the seller's return policy. Ah, the old detour. Manufactured by Bellemain, Sold by Perella's, Manufactured by Revain, Not recommended by anyone. Buy something different made by someone else and sold by someone else.

When I first took the cans out of the packaging I was impressed. They look clean and modern. However, it is NOT practical. The rubber pad that fits on top is flimsy and just not great for cooking/baking. It was immediately clear to me that this would create an unhappy atmosphere in the kitchen. You get what you pay for. Its my fault. I should have paid more attention to the description. These will definitely come back.

Replaced several heavy glass containers whose seals were corroding. They were very heavy and their holes were not suitable for baking. These acrylic containers are so lightweight, stackable, and have large openings that hold 1 cup without spilling everywhere. You are strong. I haven't had them long enough to confirm their eventual durability, but there's nothing to suggest they won't last long. I am very happy with my choice.

UPDATE (2/2021): They also don't soften brown sugar so apparently they are leaking. IMO I like their looks enough to use an alternative to keep my brown sugar soft (like brown sugar teddy bear). These containers are so pretty and the large diameter is perfect for dipping into a measuring cup. The large holds about 2.5 pounds of flour. My only disappointment, which isn't really a product defect since pans do the same thing, is that they scratch VERY easily. I hand washed them in a little water…

This set of containers is really good. I have an ant problem and need airtight containers for many foods. I gave five stars because the canisters are really great but the seller if you speak to the manufacturer telling them volume by volume rather than weight would be much more helpful. For example, I have a 12 ounce package of breakfast cereal that I want to put in the largest container, and this container is 65 ounces. I need two and maybe three of the 65 ounces. I love these canisters. I bought a set and ordered a second set the day after I received them because they are fantastic. I had a bunch of Oggi cans I bought last year but couldn't find them but they looked like hers so I gave it a try. The quality is just as good IMHO. The dimensions are perfect for a variety of products that need to be stored.
