This telephone accessory provides prompt identification of incoming calls and waiting caller information display function. The instruction manual was a bit confusing, but through trial and error, I found that my Electronics devices synced readily with this. I especially appreciate the large display and easy-to-see text. The only disadvantage is the limited number of programmable memories. Overall, it's a worthy addition to any office phone system.

This device works as advertised. The only suggestion would be to make the letters/numbers bigger and easier to read. Although it has a backlight, you have to make an effort to read the information on the display.
