No quality control. The metal piece that attaches to the toilet was constantly leaking. The part that needs to splash doesn't stop tipping. This caused a big leak. I would stay away from this product as much as possible. Unless you want to add a pool to your bathroom.

Love this bidet. I had to buy shorter hoes to connect the toilet to the plumbing just because the original was too long and leaked constantly. The water temperature is cool/pleasant and it does the job. You can adjust the flow and pressure by GENTLY pulling on the bidet controls. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Nice, modern design. Like the cheaper Tushy, it is very easy to install with a metal water hose screwed together. The direction of the water can be changed at an angle. Cons: The bidet needs to be pressed against the toilet much harder than other bidets I've used. Otherwise it will slip. The water jet is not as powerful as others on the market. I bought this because my mom bought Tushy and I loved it BUT I didn't want to spend $50. As this is made by a bidet company I thought it would be fine and everything is fine EXCEPT the front washing machine. It sprays at a higher, harder angle than the rear (essentially giving you an unexpected enema) and the nozzle "cleaner" doesn't even spray water onto the nozzle with difficulty. Otherwise great product for the money

I love this product! I only have two things that I would like to change a little. I wish the jets could be directed somehow because they're not hitting the right spots. I had to change my seat for it to work properly. I also wish the control box with the levers was only about an inch from the toilet. But overall I'm very happy with it.

No installation issues but design and quality issues. First, returning the handles to neutral to turn off the water is a bad idea. It is very easy for children or guests to accidentally turn it off completely, leave the water on and increase the water bill. Finally, but most importantly, after only 6 months my feminine hygiene head broke so we could only use the shower head on our backs. This meant there would no longer be a nozzle cleaning feature. Terrible quality control. I wasted my time installing it and it's leaking out from under the plastic controls. Now I have to take everything apart to get a refund. HUGE WASTE OF TIME! Edit: Contacted support and they offered a new batch and a half price refund. Well I'm giving 3 stars because the support team really made an effort. Will check again when it arrives and is installed. Edit 2: Well installed and the new one works great. Customer support followed suit and did everything as promised.

Bought this model to replace another brand that was too aggressive (think pressure washers - oops). So far we've installed a few of these in our house, as well as one in my mother's house - they get rave reviews as their function is gentle and versatile. The only thing that doesn't bother me is the plastic fitting on the bidet head - it seems inadequate and inadequate given the cost of this device. Bought for the house I've just moved into as it was the right time to try it out on other plumbing jobs. It is easy to assemble after removing the seat and can be adjusted anywhere.
