I ordered size 6/7 for my 6 year old and the length is perfect. She has long legs and is thin. The front crotch is slightly oddly baggy, but not as noticeable as it's dark. She loves them and wears them almost every day for almost two months. In one pair, however, the groin seam began to diverge. And on the other pair, the knees are wearing out and very soon I expect a hole. Sometimes I also have to cut the pulled thread. While they're warm and comfortable, don't expect durability.

Absolutely beautiful. I ordered a size 5/6x as my daughter is approaching 5t but I also want her to be able to wear them for the winter. She's having a little growth spurt now.
