I have a yellow labrador and a jack russell terrier, at first it seemed to work, the dogs stopped barking, turned their heads and looked at me. Once the new weird sounding novelty wore off, they barked again like they always did no matter how hard I blew on those things.

Every day I walk my four puppies off a leash and rely on my whistle for various commands. It took me a few days to get the tone right as they are a bit different from the other two. I conveniently lost 🤣 A section of good quality and perfect length. If I lose these two I will definitely buy them again!

At $5 a whistle they are very inexpensive and made from training plastic. Excellent quality ribbons. The tip included in the kit costs $5. The dog gives a clearer answer than the camping whistle I started with. The tone is higher, so it doesn't hurt the ears, but the tone is audible and well tolerated. There is a clear echo from the woods in my backyard, but I feel it doesn't distract the neighbors.

Appreciate the opportunity to get 2 for the price of 1! Great for calling our dogs when they bark at the neighbor's dogs at the back fence. Much better than screaming at the top of your lungs like crazy behind the door. Much quieter than my scream, and they respond to it immediately - probably because they know they're going to enjoy coming in and shutting up. But I do not care. I don't shout and they listen, don't bark! TO WIN! Inexpensive remedy! I strongly recommend at least trying!
