I didn't print the perfect page. I thought it was my printer and I spent a lot of time aligning the heads. I used a different cartridge and my printer is printing correctly again. I want my money back for this really bad product.

I installed this in my Epson WF-2630 and it printed a few lines that looked fine but the rest was blank. I then had my printer do a head nozzle cleaning as instructed on the tiny piece of paper that came with the cartridges. Nothing has changed. It still prints inconsistent lines that look awful. I don't have time to mess with crappy products. Neither should you. Don't buy this junk!

My printer was having trouble recognizing one of the ink cartridges. BeOne got in touch immediately and immediately sent two replacement cartridges. Totally impressed with the prompt response and resolution of my issue. I would buy them again.

As good as it should be - At the time the company was offering a special discount which may still be available - They were quick, polite and made the process easy. I will order from them in the future

Just one cartridge is enough. I've tried several times with the one that didn't work, cleaned the nostrils of the head several times and still nothing. So basically I paid the price of 2 for just one.

I was pleased that these cartridges worked perfectly and saved me money. They arrived quickly and saved me a trip to Wal-Mart where half the time they don't have what I want. I will definitely buy again.
