Color not periwinkle

Color is purple/lavender rather than periwinkle blue. The second problem is my fault. When I saw cotton and not cotton blend on the label, I didn't read the description carefully. It is 60% cotton 40% polyester. Not at all what I needed. I haven't taken them out of their plastic packaging yet as I don't know what I'm going to do with them yet. Also, it's a Chinese product, not a US product.

Many cut and tie pieces of yarn all over the skein. Especially pink.

I bought a lot of skeins of this baby, I want to make a crib blanket as a gift. As I began to weave the quilt, I noticed many pieces of yarn that were cut and knotted. Unfortunately this resulted in many hundreds of stitches being removed as the yarn cut and tied made it unsightly and I feel like this eases the blanket's tension points unless it is at the end of the row and needs cutting and be bound . new colour. I have made hundreds of baby blankets in the past and will make more. I hesitateโ€ฆ
