BerniePortal - Best software for small businesses

The best thing about bernie portal was that it has everything in one place which makes our work much easier than other softwares we used before like ADP or Paychex. There are some features I would have liked if there were improvements as well but overall this system works great. We use this program at my job so i cannot say anything bad about its performance however sometimes when you need something specific not available through their main menu maybe take your business elsewhere because of…

  • All necessary data for employees can be found here along w/ many additional helpful resources including documents, photos & videos too! Everything seems organized perfectly making navigation super simple.
  • Easy way yo keep trackof what needs doing
  • Excellent support team always quickto respond

  • No mobile appfor smart phones somewhat complicated

BerniePortal is a great company to work with.

I’ve worked with BerniePortal since 2016. During that time, they've had a number of customers on their system and I have never experienced any downtime or service issues. The admin team is responsive, fast and efficient. They answer my calls/emails immediately and give me updates on anything I need to know about. The interface is simple and easy to use. Their customer service has been outstanding; however, they should consider offering some sort of discounts if you commit to long term contracts
