Beautiful plum colour. Bought together with Berwick's Matte Sage, tied together, they make beautiful packaging for special gifts.

I bought this ribbon for my Easter Candy Bags for my 50 students. I was amazed at how much you actually get (yes it said 100 meters but still)! Each of the 50 bags of treats had about 2 feet of tape on them and I still had most of the roll left! Brilliant. The color is rich and bright, nothing cracks during use. This is a good product!

Many years ago I started using craft ribbon as part of my gift wrapping instead of other types of ribbon such as satin, twist or wire. I usually take a few different colors, wrap them around the package/gift and twist generously to make a giant bow. These ribbons do the same thing and are thicker and more durable than some of the other raffia ribbons I've bought at my local craft stores. I wish they weren't so expensive but they last quite a while.

I was looking for Crochet Rayon: Coneflower Making. It worked pretty well. I ordered 3 coils. Two came with clear plastic around them and one didn't. The one without the plastic coating was more faded than the others. The strength of the material was exactly what I was hoping for but I am a little disappointed that the hat is slightly two tone. However, my guess is that all raffia fades in the sun, so they might end up with some color.

The description says but the title should indicate that it is not raffia (meaning: raffia paper) but is actually 2.5cm wide plastic that crumpled looks bast paper. It's ok but I bought it for a kid's birthday party and there is a choking hazard. My fault is for not reading extensively before buying; It's their fault for not listing plastic in the item name, so we divide the difference by 3 stars.
