My analysis of this product showed that the materials used were prone to tearing and wore out quickly. While the design was visually appealing, the durability was lacking.

This was the second dog bed I've bought of this type, the first I bought (another company) was not as advertised. This is exactly as described. Very soft and very full. The ring is well padded, which gives our dogs enough resistance. I was able to find an open box for a lot less than a new one, and I'm not sure I'd spend $180 (XL version) on a new one, but I'm very glad I found this one.

I wish I would have bought this bed as soon as I was adopted by an English bulldog. I've spent countless dollars on "quality" beds that just didn't last long and Gabby wasn't thrilled. But this one is amazing. If they made them human size I would buy one. My bully sleeps in my bed every night since I brought her home and still does. At least 3 days a week she refuses to sleep with me. She prefers her bed. Well made, very comfortable and machine washable. Worth every penny.
