My niece was thrilled to open her gift. Unfortunately .

My niece was happy to open the gift. Unfortunately the watch broke from the packaging. It's too late, the return window is already closed. Update: I just want to thank the company for helping me get my money back. I know that sometimes when dealing with such delicate things it is impossible to avoid accidents. I'm sorry too, but it's nobody's fault. Thank you again for your reply.

Will have to contact seller. UPDATED

I received this item broken. The internal parts just rattle, the latch is pressed and makes no noise. It just costs more to send back, but I can't contact the seller. I'm very disappointed because it has such great reviews and I know my daughter would be thrilled if it didn't break. I'll update this later when I've resolved this issue. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and he sent me a new one for free without me having to pay to ship the defective one back. Very grateful!

I like it but not enough to keep it

It took me almost a month to decide whether to keep it or return it. i like the size This is a clock that we can work with and that tells the time like a toy in the hands of a child. It can be used as a night light (with colored lights) and plays music for up to 60 minutes (12) for children who are afraid of the dark before going to bed. BUT I bought this watch for training. 1. The circle at the end of the long sleeve is confusing for the child. Instead of 3 o'clock, the child's attention is…

Thought it was great at first

This watch is really cute and the game mode is pretty good but I would make sure there is supervision when playing. If the hour hand is not pressed properly, it will not work properly. My child has problems with hours and minutes. It had the hour hand at 4 o'clock or later, and it moved the minute hand back to 4 o'clock and the hour hand a little more than 3 o'clock. When she pushed the button at the top, she said it was 4:20, so she was starting to worry. think we taught ourselves the wrong…

The best watch to teach kids to read Watch

I bought this watch for my 5 year old son. He loved it from the moment he opened it. He kept asking me what time it was when the big hand was here and the small hand was there. Well, with this toy he can turn his hands where he wants and press a button and it will show him the time on the clock face. He also has a function when he is a bit older, he will ask him to find a specific time and he has to turn the clock to that time and press the button on top to see if it is correct. I love that…

Grows with your child for years!

This watch is really good. It has so many features that are fun for kids and attract their attention. He grows too! My youngest son really enjoys using it for the music function. With this setting, a different song is played with the hour hand every hour. You can set the timer up to 60 minutes with a minute hand. My 5 year old daughter is learning to tell the time and loves to use the setting where you move the hands and the clock tells you what time it is. My 8 year old daughter can tell the…

Confusing for newbies

The left switch is the OFF/Volume Down/Volume Up button. The right switch has changed function: 1. Shows you the time when the hands are set to.2. Quiz Mode: Gives you time and you put hands. Then press the top button to check your answer3. sleep/music function. The hour hand (yellow) can only be set exactly to the hour, if you walk past it a little like on a real clock, it shows you the next hour. So if you set it to just over 8 (the hour hand would be at 8:30 for example) the clock will tell…
