It's ok except for durability. But who really knows what to expect. it depends on how often your humidifier stays on. It generally helps in a small bedroom, if the ad says it's no longer needed, turn it over. and you get a few more hours.

So far so good, we paired this filter with the Best Air Water Treatment System for our humidifier and I'm still using the filter almost 3 months later with no problems. It's only turned a little yellow, but it doesn't smell and still absorbs water very well. Every third night I have to refill our humidifier, turning the filter over. I highly recommend water treatments. We haven't lived a month with a filter without it.

I don't know why I had this problem and I'm not sure if I blame the filter can because it seems to me I have used this brand before and it has not happened. However, after about a week of use, I only had to replace this filter at night due to mold growth. Maybe I did something wrong with the block. I'm just saying I was very disappointed that I didn't get more benefit from it, although in the past it seemed like I wouldn't see mold for maybe a month. I have no intention of buying this brand…
