The key fobs seem fine and come with keys that can be cut out to open the door. However, programming Town and Country 2012 without a locksmith doesn't work even if you have 2 phobics working, so the instruction is wrong.

It is exactly the same as my car's key fob. Took it to the dealer and they hooked it up to my car. Works better than my original FOB. Also, the nice thing is that since I provided FOB, they could not charge an arm and leg if they sold me FOB. It was a great price too.

I took a 2008 Chrysler across town and into the country to the dealer, they programmed it, both worked great. Saved me a lot of money. Batteries are included, they also come with instructions on how to program them, but the instructions didn't work on my machine. The seller wanted 5 times more for them.
