Packaging was good, no missing or broken parts. Directions were good. There were no particular problems with the assembly and placement on the wall.

I like it, but assembly was unnecessarily complicated because the manufacturer made mounting holes on the inside where the glass shelves are.

Assembly went well but it's difficult to line up a perfect square and even when you do, the glass shelves aren't always flush or even with the slots. This is normal and hardly noticeable, but to prevent this, make sure you attach the brackets to the back panel in the same position. Overall a good product that I recommend especially for small bathrooms.

Bought two for each bathroom. It comes well packaged but requires full assembly. It took me about ten minutes for each shelf. The glass is nice and thick, securely attached to the shelf. This is not a shelf to put large towels on as it is too small to fit on. Perfumes, colognes, etc. Size items fit best. But it's well built, the extra hardware was even in the box and arrived in perfect condition.

I was looking for a specific style of shelf and I liked the look of this shelf the best, although I think it's a little pricey for what you get. Everything needs to be put together and the instructions only show the line art for the instructions. Really, I just put it together based on what made sense. I had a hell of a time putting this together and hanging it on the wall. You need a second person for the installation. The instructions are not clear, but just look at the pictures of the basic construction. Hanging alone is not possible as there is no structural integrity until you insert the glass shelves (which is the final step). Holding on to the wall, marking holes to drill, and holding the shelf is simply impossible without a third hand. Took me 45 minutes to pick this thing up…
