These hangers are built to last and I can't imagine garden swings pushing these hangers to the limit. the quality was ok. Time will tell if the plastic bushings will hold up, but I don't expect them to fail. I attached them to a machined 4x6x12 board, so I decided to use 8" zinc plated hex head screws and washers instead of torque screws for peace of mind.

I bought 8 sets of these heavy duty swing hangers. They are very well done! I needed them as a project for a special class starting in June for our school's ninja playground. Normal casting defects are sometimes found, such as surface porosity and light rust film. The product had an electroplated coating.
