Great buy! My little Yorkie weighs 5 pounds. and he sits comfortably in it. In winter I wear a mohair scarf underneath to keep it cozy. To teach your child to get used to carrying, play inside (unzip) with treats, then work with closed for a few seconds, then minutes, carry with, etc. Let them see that you're contributing all the time he is time. Exercise just a few minutes a day; make it fun Eventually he falls asleep in it!

Finally found a stylish pet carrier in the right size. I really like that I can take my dog with me everywhere and no one will notice it's in my bag because it looks like a purse. It has vents at each end and they both roll up and snap up or down. There are two pockets on one side big enough for my phone, small wallet, poop bags, hand sanitizer, lipstick and a leash. There is a zipper hole on the other side. My dog is a 7 pound Chihuahua and has plenty of space. I would recommend this carrier…

I love this carrier for my 8 lb Yorkie and she loves it too! I put it on the floor and she immediately jumps up (it's so cute when she does). I love the fact that it's ventilated in both the front and back and also has flaps to fold down when needed. Great! I have a 10lb Miniature Pinscher that I carry with me. He is absolutely amazing. I was very surprised how durable it is. This is a really nice patent faux leather so the material is very stiff so you can easily carry it around all day without wrinkling. Rolled-up handles are riveted to the backpack for easy shoulder carry. They even have buttoned cuffs to keep them together so they don't tear and fall off.
