Wow, first of all it came very on time, 2) wasn't that hard to put together, just the really 'hard' part was finding the holes sometimes just because of the fabric (no big deal because you don't want to see that infestation, it's all clipped together anyway, just takes a while to find them to install) 3) it seems extremely sturdy! We were almost done assembling the pieces when I came across the sisal pole that goes all the way up and connects the top plush bed to the rest of the scratching post and found a bolt that should have been attached to one end. just happened to be lying on the bottom of the box/packaging.
