Recommend 👍 for in-ear headphones

Good combo, the amplifier is ready to go. The headphones look, feel and sound fantastic. Balanced sound without overdoing the mix. An open back set that can be worn for hours to give you an idea of the sounds outside the headset. The amp plugs into the wall and has an input on the back for a standard headphone audio cable (gold plated adapters were included).

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Nothing to say, this is Beyerdynamic.

This is my 2nd pair, the first pair was bought back in 2011. I absolutely love them, they sound just as incredible as I remember. What I don't like is that the cable is always plugged in. That's not to say repairs are impossible, but you'd think that with Beyerdynamic quality it wouldn't be a problem. But this is not even a minus, they sound amazing.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions

Breathable, comfortable, precise sound.

Fresh, clean, transparent. Little bass, flatter sound profile. Ideal for long sessions, allowing your ears to breathe. Very comfortable and light. The ammo and adapter cable work great with my GoXLR. I just finished my first 13 hour session with them and I haven't noticed any ear fatigue or pressure discomfort. Ideal for multi-hour professionals/enthusiasts.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Only available in white

Big. A little problem for some people

These headphones are amazing. In terms of sound quality, they are excellent. Also, one of the great advantages is the incredibly long cable. I'm a DJ with a long cable and the ability to move and dance is huge. The only downside I found with these headphones is a lot of sound leakage. If you are single and listen to music then this is for you. However, if you are on an airplane or in a public place, there is a high possibility that someone close to you can hear your tunes.

Great sound and very comfortable

I've been involved with music, recording and technology for decades. I've always used closed-back or in-ear headphones to minimize sound from the headphones into the mics or external noise/instruments entering the ear when trying to record. I've been wearing the HD280 to work all day for several months. they are heavy You don't breathe. I was amazed at how comfortable these headphones were. I forgot I had them on and walked away from my computer several times over the past week. This has never…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

  • Almost everything is fine

Clear highs, strong bass, real mids aren't that noticeable

First things first Amplifier Doesn't work properly; Halfway up it seems to work properly, but once the volume is above halfway on *any* channel, the audio becomes muddy and just low, reverting to the single channel (right or left depending on which headphones are used). Huge crap. Just get regular headphones as I'm not sure if sending the amp back would be worth it for me alone. I've never heard of Knox, but first of all I have limited experience with headphone amps. In order to properly…
