They are portable, very bright and durable. I even use them sometimes in the studio along with all the big lights. At first I didn't think I needed two tones, but then I had a photo shoot with a metal artist and I found that two tones really improved the lighting situation. In the photo shown, I used an 8000K LED panel for pure light behind the artist's silhouette and a 4000K LED panel for sparks to illuminate the fiery glow. Very happy with it! The brightness of the product is phenomenal, but one of the displays has a short on the back. Instead of 25% or 50%, 5% and 2% are displayed. Also, none of the lights came with the diffuser they were supposed to have. Very good flashlights. They are made of solid metal and come with a remote control (the remote cannot turn off the light). They feel very obligated, and they are. They're pretty heavy, so leaving them on a cheap light stand like mine is pretty sketchy. In general the light is excellent. They're roughly equivalent to a 450-watt Fresnel in chess. The brightness stays constant as you adjust the color temperature, which seems pretty accurate compared to my tungsten filament bulbs and fluorescent flashes. The assembly is rock hard.
