🍞 BIA Set of 4 White Porcelain Mini Loaf Pans: Perfect for Baking and Serving Review

Cute lunch boxes, just what I was looking for. We use them for small banana bread and the like, small loaves bake better than a large loaf and the slices are a good size.

I love to bake, but the portions are bigger than you can eat with regular pans. These mini molds are perfect for bread. The loaves bake evenly and come out of the mold easily with little fat. For now there is no need to deal with the remains.

This is great. I love that the four pans have different (external) patterns/textures. Work well, clean well. Really nice. We make gluten free vegan baked goods at home (yes, we have fun at parties!) and recently used them for gluten free vegan potato bread. Worked very well. Nicely cleaned. Good to keep because of their nesting ability.

I love the look of these mini loaf pans! My quick bread also came out very clean. The only downside is that they're a bit harder to manipulate on my Ove gloves and get the bread out because they don't have handles, but some jiggling and patience did the job nicely with a nice clean finish. They would be perfect for serving while having fun!

These are very nice mini lunch boxes. Banana bread is delicious, evenly baked, and warm in color. The molds are larger than the metal mini molds I've used before. In my opinion, the slices are the perfect portion size. My big banana bread recipe fills three of these ceramic bread pans. They could probably be used on meat or vegetable sandwiches, but I haven't tried them yet.

There are still problems with glitches. However, I only have one which broke upon arrival. All four were wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap, with just a thin piece of cardboard between each loaf pan. Despite being packaged in a cardboard box in an outer container, it did not survive shipping. EVERY FRYING PAN needs its own bubble wrap to survive. The molds arrived well packaged, no breakage. I've baked about 5 quick breads in it in the last month. I'm willing to ditch other full sized bread molds (silicone, rusty metal) and get more of these to make a double batch. My large silicone skillet is sagging on the sides and the bread isn't cooking all the way through. Well I read the reviews that said they were broken and I thought what are the odds? My chances are about 50/50. I ordered two of these sets as Christmas gifts. One set arrived in perfect condition while the other was in pieces. Well, it's really just a lot of shavings from the edges of the dishes and a bunch of splinters at the bottom of the box.
