Review on 🍞 BIA Set of 4 White Porcelain Mini Loaf Pans: Perfect for Baking and Serving by Dawn Atchison

The molds arrived well packaged, no breakage. I've baked about 5 quick breads in it in the last month. I'm willing to ditch other full sized bread molds (silicone, rusty metal) and get more of these to make a double batch. My large silicone skillet is sagging on the sides and the bread isn't cooking all the way through. They were a little smaller than I expected, but it's good to know that 4 of them make up a full size loaf pan. The advantages of these mini pans: - Smaller loaves of bread cook faster and do not remain doughy in the middle - Porcelain is cleaned. easy and won't rust - They're so cute - You can bake a batch of bread, hand out a loaf or two, and eat the rest. (Something my dear UPS driver appreciates.) - A loaf fits easily in a quart freezer bag - I can put some hard butter in, put it in the oven for a few minutes while it heats up, remove and lightly brush warm skillets - They fit perfectly in the toaster - They can be used as cute serving platters for appetizers or oven sauces.
