Description of ☕ Bialetti - Moka Express Italia Collection: Iconic Stovetop Espresso Maker, Authentic Italian Coffee Brewer, Moka Pot 3 Cups (4.3 Oz - 130 Ml), Aluminium, Red, Green, and Silver Colored

The original moka coffee pot: Moka Express is the original stovetop espresso maker, it provides the experience of the real Italian way of preparing a tasteful coffee, its unique shape and the inimitable gentleman with moustache date back to 1933, when Alfonso Bialetti invented it. Made in Italy: it is Made in Italy and its quality is enhanced by the patented safety valve which makes it easy to clean and its ergonomic handle, available in many sizes and suitable for gas, electric and induction (with the Bialetti induction adapter plate). How to prepare the coffee: fill the boiler up to the safety valve, fill it up with ground coffee without pressing, close the moka pot and place it on the stovetop, as soon as Moka Express starts to gurgle, turn the fire off and coffee will be ready. One size for each need: Moka Express sizes are measured in Espresso Cups, coffee can be enjoyed in Espresso Cups or in larger containers. Cleaning instructions: The Bialetti Moka Express must only be rinsed with clean water after use, with no detergents, the product is not to be washed with a dishwasher as it will be irremediably damaged and the taste of coffee altered.

One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

This is a timeless piece, don't you agree? As far as I can tell, the Moka Express model of the Bialetti coffee maker is the only one in the line that is produced directly in Italy. While I sip my coffee, I can almost taste Italy. Take a colored Moka, by the way, because I've seen a number of unpainted pure aluminum ones, and with time the water seems to leave traces on them, making them appear less neat. The colored ones, on the other hand, retain their original color. Also, I have a red and…

Pros
  • I brought a red coffee maker with me so that it would go with the color scheme of the kitchen. I do so frequently. I do not use a washcloth when I wash; rather, I just use my fingers while the water is running. Paint, or at least henna, in pristine condition. There are no complaints, and everybody is content.
Cons
  • If you open the lid after the coffee has already risen to the desired level, then condensation will drip right from the lid onto the burner. This is something that could be considered a flaw. Do not open the lid, or only open it slightly. This is such a well-designed product that it doesn't matter about the little things in life.

I thought the coffee maker was great; although other people have mentioned that it is on the compact side, I think it's the perfect size. Although I'd prefer the coffee to be a little stronger, this is already quite stimulating. I am pleased with my decision and relieved that I did not go with one of the competing manufacturers, even if there are other Italian manufacturers that are not significantly inferior to the one I choose. This is the first geyser coffee maker that I've ever had. It is…

Pros
  • It appears to have a rubberized handle, lovely aesthetic, and a lower price than competing suppliers. Because they focus solely on the manufacture of this product, Barreti is often regarded as the category's top contender.
Cons
  • Not the dream of a perfectionist (like myself), that's for sure. there is a tiny scratch on the thread, around the size of a tear shaving, but it does not impair the functionality in any way. the borders of the cup where you pour water are not even, but this is also not necessary; however, I write this expressly for perfectionists))) Made in Romania; I'm not sure if Baretti is now creating something directly in Italy, but this is the original version. Best coffee maker I have

I started with Keurig 2.0. I liked it a lot, but the coffee was expensive to buy and the touchscreen went out after 2 years. I bought a French Press and started really enjoying my coffee. I made enough for 4 8 ounces. Cups. too many good things I bought a Bialetti 6 cup and started making Lavazza cappuccino every morning. Much cheaper than an espresso machine. I love this coffee pot. Highly recommended. Can't wait to take it on a hike. Excellent price and quality. Please note that the 6-cup…

Time taken to fill

I got caught by this last hurricane and had to drink instant coffee. I know when I started grumbling without my morning "fix" but I did a "dry run" to see how to use it and how long it would last. I bought a gas stove and a 6 cup pot. With 2 scoops of espresso (more on that in a moment), probably as much as 2 round tablespoons, I set my smallest burner to medium low, and it was about 6 minutes before I heard any bubble noise, which happened about 2 minutes after. I just listened until I…

Counterfeit or poor quality

ok it took me a while to find out this is fake. Or maybe it's just the new normal for Bialetti. I have read many reviews and seen those 1 star reviews saying they are fake. But I decided to give it a try, hoping that this isn't my case. NOT RIGHT. Here are a few notes: 1 The tri-color model changed from red to orange on the bottom when first used. There is a special little instruction (btw they accidentally put two of these in the box) that says you should ALWAYS use low heat on the stovetop to
