Bias Double Fold Black Cotton Yards Review

This bias binding came in a soft envelope, not on a spool as shown in the picture. It doesn't bother me at all. The only thing that mattered to me was the quality of the tape. It is double folded. I can't say anything bad about it. I bought a black bias binding and it's really black.

This material is quite stiff which is perfect for my purposes. I wouldn't recommend it for tight curves unless you're willing to spend a lot of time on the iron to pre-shape before sewing. But if you're looking for something durable with a nice dark black color, I definitely recommend it.

I am very happy with this bias binding! This is the traditional double fold where one of the inner folds is longer than the other. I used it to knit the raw edges of a bag and was very happy with the weight - not too thick, not too thin. I had no trouble sewing on my old Viking sewing machine at home. It came in a plastic bag and not folded as shown in the listing photo, but personally I don't care. I would and will buy this diagonal band again!
